The main scope of the conference is to organize a general competitive conference in Informatics and settle a forum for bringing together computer scientists, academics and professionals from the Balkan, and its neighborhood. It provides an excellent opportunity to bring together scientists, engineers, and students from universities, national research institutes and business to discuss latest results in the area. Invited speakers will present exciting highlights and reviews. Beside the rich technical program, this conference will incorporate several satellite events, many additional professional activities, and an intense social life.

This way, we expect to build stronger relationships between the computer scientists of the area, in order to foster collaboration in research and development projects, and to establish the conference as a main periodical regional event which moves from country to country.
